Official Amazon

Overapt is a governed workspace for your Amazon selling account. When Official Amazon is available and you authorize the application with Login with Amazon, Overapt retrieves operational data for that account only and can propose changes. You can revoke access in Seller Central. Writes to Amazon run only after you approve them in Overapt.

Account

Overapt reads which marketplaces your selling account participates in so the connection is attached to the correct account.

Fulfillment by Amazon

For accounts that use FBA, Overapt retrieves your inventory summaries: fulfillable, inbound to Amazon, reserved, and related FBA quantities. Empty data is shown as unavailable, not as zero. You can ask Overapt to add inventory to FBA. Overapt submits that add only after you approve an Action. We do not create inbound shipments or change FBA settings without that approval.

Amazon Warehousing and Distribution

For accounts that use AWD, Overapt retrieves your AWD inventory levels and shipment status so stock in AWD is visible next to FBA. We do not create AWD shipments unless you approve that Action.

Orders

Overapt imports orders and order metrics for your account (order id, date, status, fulfillment channel, SKU, quantity). We do not retrieve buyer names, emails, or shipping addresses.

Sales reports

Overapt retrieves sales and traffic reports Amazon already produces for your selling account. These are not Brand Analytics reports.

Listings

Overapt reads your active listings and catalog identifiers (SKU, ASIN) so inventory, orders, and purchase orders refer to the same products. You can ask Overapt to patch listing fields. Overapt sends the patch only after you approve it. We do not publish A+ Content or create new listings unless you approve that specific Action.

Pricing

Overapt can propose list-price updates for your SKUs. Price changes are sent to Amazon only after you approve them. This is not an unsupervised repricer and is not used to build prices from other sellers’ data.

Governed actions

Read operations run after you authorize the app. Create, patch, add-inventory, AWD shipment, and price updates are Actions. You approve or reject. Overapt does not silently write to Amazon.

Audit

Authorizations, pulls, approvals, and writes are recorded in the activity log.
